mobile Injury Rehab

A complete movement check to spot issues before they progress

How Injury Rehab Works

Injuries don’t just affect one area – they change how your whole body moves. Pain, stiffness, or recurring niggles can make training, work, or everyday life harder than it should be.

Injury rehabilitation focuses on identifying the cause of your symptoms, reducing pain, and rebuilding movement so you can return to activity with confidence. Long-term recovery, not just short-term relief.

frequently asked questions

Find answers to the most common questions about our services, bookings, and treatment process, so you can feel confident and informed before starting your recovery journey with Kinetix Rehab.

The sooner you start injury rehab, the quicker your recovery. Realistically, no time frame fits all, recovery time depends on the type and severity of the injury.

No referral is needed. You can book directly, if I feel your injury needs further investigation, I’ll let you know.

Pain might go away, but the underlying issue (like weakness or poor movement control) can still be there. Rehab helps reduce the risk of it coming back.

Recurrent injuries are common, and part of rehab will focus on identifying what’s causing the repeat and building a plan to prevent it happening again.

Before your session, it’s helpful to hydrate and wear comfortable clothing. Ensure there’s enough space for the massage bed to be set up. If you have any specific issues or injuries, let me know ahead of time so I can tailor the treatment.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation, which qualified me for professional registration with BASRaT (British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers). I am fully covered with liability insurance through BASRaT, ensuring the highest quality of care in my rehabilitation and massage services. Additionally, I obtained my massage qualification in 2022 and am certified in first aid and Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport Level 2.
