Additionally, I obtained my massage qualification in 2022 and am certified in first aid and Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport Level 2.

My background includes working with top athletes at university, in a police rehabilitation care setting, and with football and rugby teams. This diverse experience has honed my skills and deepened my understanding of effective sports rehabilitation and massage techniques.

  • Before your session, it’s helpful to hydrate and wear comfortable clothing. Ensure there’s enough space for the massage bed to be set up. If you have any specific issues or injuries, let me know ahead of time so I can tailor the treatment.

  • It’s best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the area being treated. If it’s a sports massage, I may ask you to expose specific muscles for treatment.

  • I accept various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, and potentially card payments (if applicable). All payments to be following the appointment.

  • Yes, I will need a bit of space to set up my portable massage bed. Ideally, a room with enough room for the bed and for me to move around it comfortably is perfect. A clear area of about 2 meters by 3 meters would be ideal.

  • Yes, I understand things can come up. Please try to give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Sports massages can involve deep tissue work, which might feel uncomfortable at times, especially when working on tight areas. However, I always work within your comfort levels and adjust pressure as needed.

  • Please inform me of any pre-existing medical conditions before your session. I will assess whether sports massage or rehabilitation is appropriate for your condition and adjust the treatment accordingly. Prior to your session, I will send over a waiver where you can provide details about your condition, ensuring I can tailor the treatment to your needs.
