A Full Body MOT is a movement and mobility assessment that looks at how your body is functioning as a whole. It assesses strength, control, flexibility, and movement patterns to identify restrictions, imbalances, and early signs of injury risk.
By spotting issues early, such as reduced mobility or poor load tolerance, a MOT helps prevent problems before they develop into pain or injury. You’ll leave with clear findings and practical advice or exercises to help you move better, train smarter, and reduce future injury risk.
The Full Body MOT is for anyone who wants a better understanding of how their body moves, including those managing an injury, returning to fitness, or aiming to move and train with more confidence.
Let us know what’s going on by filling out our booking form, dropping us an email, or giving us a text/call.
Our first session will last 90 minutes. We’ll assess your movement, mobility, strength, and control, then provide hands-on treatment where appropriate to address any restrictions.
You’ll receive a written report outlining key findings and recommendations. We will put together a clear plan moving forward. Plus 10% off your next session if you book on the day.
A Full Body MOT is a structured movement and mobility assessment designed to highlight how your body is functioning as a whole. It looks at strength, control, flexibility, and movement patterns to identify restrictions, imbalances, or early signs of injury risk.
Rather than waiting for pain or injury to appear, a MOT helps spot issues early, whether that’s reduced mobility, poor load tolerance, or compensations that could lead to problems down the line.
You’ll leave with a clear breakdown of what’s working well, what needs attention, and practical advice or exercises to help you move better, train smarter, and reduce the risk of future injury.

I'd never had a sports massage before but this really helped alleviate pain in my back & shoulder that'd been niggling at me for months. Great that Jack could come to me, - he was professional and knowledgeable. Will be using again!Posted on Google Jacob OrbellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really High Quality professional service. Would recommend.Posted on Google Sharon FinchTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I read his description of i his services on nextdoor app. I had problems with my ankle and physio did not seem to work. On my first appointment he took a full history of my problem and immediately his knowledge filled me with confidence. I have seen him three times and each time my problem is getting better. I have to do some of the work with his exercises which have helped. I would certainly recommend his services. His knowledge and massages are great. He always turns up on time and often goes over the time allocated.Posted on Google Peter BorrettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jack is very knowledgeable and put me at ease from the outset. He is very reliable and I would highly recommend him.Posted on Google Kath LukerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Jack on Facebook at a time when I was really struggling to walk because of muscle cramps. He arrived on time to my home, discussed my problem and then set to work with deep tissue massage treatment. Following the treatment he devised a program of exercises and sent them to me. These exercises were adjusted to suit me around other health issues. I can honestly say I appear to be on the mend though I realise it may take some time. He has also written to my GP because we have concerns that changes in medication may be contributing to my problems. He had a friendly, chatty attitude that puts me at ease. Would strongly recommend him.Posted on Google Mark GibautTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Found Jack through Facebook and he’s been brilliant! Friendly, knowledgeable and explains the process every step of the way. Helped with my ongoing back issues and he’s now added ‘cupping’ to his ever increasing list of treatments he can use! Clearly ambitious and will be very successful in whatever direction he takes his business in. Highly recommended. Thanks Jack!

A Full Body MOT helps identify how your body is moving before pain or injury sets in. It looks at how different tissues, muscles, joints, tendons, and movement patterns are working together, highlighting restrictions, imbalances, and weak points that may be holding you back. This gives you a clearer picture of what needs attention.
No. Many people book a Full Body MOT to understand how their body is moving, reduce injury risk, or prepare for training. You don’t need to be in pain to benefit.
Your Full Body MOT is carried out by a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority, with experience working in private practice and with active individuals. Every assessment is guided by clinical reasoning, not guesswork, combining movement analysis, hands-on treatment, and practical recommendations you can actually use.
Yes. You will receive at least 60+ minutes of treatment with every MOT. Treatments can include hands on therapy, stretching, IATSM and cupping where appropriate.
It can be either. Some people book a one-off MOT for reassurance, while others use it as a starting point for ongoing rehab, treatment, or performance support.
Before your session, it’s helpful to hydrate and wear comfortable clothing. Ensure there’s enough space for the massage bed to be set up. If you have any specific issues or injuries, let me know ahead of time so I can tailor the treatment.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation, which qualified me for professional registration with BASRaT (British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers).
