BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator with a passion shaped by personal injury and clinical training.
Hi, I’m Jack, the founder of Kinetix Rehab. I’m a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator with a passion for all sports and a competitive cyclist. I graduated from UWE Bristol in 2024 and have spent the past years working with top athletes at university, in a police rehabilitation care setting, and with various football and rugby teams.
My interest in sports rehabilitation was deeply influenced by my own extensive experiences with rehabilitation. These experiences gave me a profound understanding of the recovery process and inspired me to help others through their own journeys. I enjoy applying my background and insights to support clients in improving their performance and recovering from injuries.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling . Exploring new places and cultures is a big passion of mine, and I love integrating these experiences into my professional life. I’m also committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in sports rehabilitation to provide the best care possible.

Sports Rehabilitation is a degree-level healthcare profession focused on the prevention, assessment, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. It combines clinical knowledge, manual therapy skills, and tailored exercise prescription to help individuals recover safely and return to full function.
Throughout my degree, I gained in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, injury mechanisms, and rehabilitation planning. I also developed hands-on proficiency in manual therapy, obtaining a Level 4+ sports massage qualification.

Prevention – You don’t need to be injured to benefit from treatment. Regular sessions can help identify issues early, reduce the risk of injury, and keep your body moving well.
Recovery – If you’re injured, targeted rehab and hands-on care can speed up recovery, ease pain, and get you back to your sport, job, or daily life safely and confidently.
Performance – Ongoing treatment supports better movement, reduced fatigue, and improved performance, whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply want to feel your best.
These techniques are often included during treatment, depending on your needs – no extra cost, just part of the personalised care.
Kinesiology taping and strapping applied to support injured areas, reduce swelling, or joint awareness.
Taping techniques are used to provide joint stability, reduce pain, and support injured tissues during movement. Taping can help guide movement, prevent re-injury, and gives the confidence to perform at their best.
Every session includes a personalised plan with targeted exercises to continue your recovery.
These programmes are tailored to your condition, goals, and lifestyle. I’ll guide you through each movement and make sure you feel confident carrying it out at home, so your recovery stays on track between visits.
Techniques such as soft tissue therapy, trigger point work, and joint mobilisation are used to help reduce pain.
My approach combines soft tissue techniques, movement strategies, and education to help reduce pain and improve quality of life. Whether it's long-standing discomfort or post-injury pain.
Balance and proprioception exercises to improve joint control and reduce re-injury risk
This type of training helps improve your body’s control, reaction time, and joint stability. Whether you’re recovering from an ankle sprain, managing dizziness, balance-focused rehab is a key part of getting you back
Helps build strength, mobility, and control, making recovery faster and prepares your body for surgery.
Surgical prehabilitation is designed to prepare your body — and mind — for the demands of surgery and the recovery that follows. By improving strength, mobility, joint control, and movement quality before your operation, you’ll go into surgery stronger and come out of it better equipped to recover.
Includes deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, stretching, and movement-based manual therapy to relieve tension.
A blend of sports massage, joint mobilisation, and soft tissue release can help ease tight muscles, improve movement, and restore function. These treatments are tailored to how your body moves — and where it needs support, to create lasting change, not just short-term relief.
Targeted strength training to support injury recovery, movement efficiency, and long-term resilience.
Strengthening is a key part of recovery and injury prevention. These sessions focus on restoring power, control, and joint stability. I tailor strength work to your needs, using progressive programming that fits your rehab plan and your performance goals.

I read his description of i his services on nextdoor app. I had problems with my ankle and physio did not seem to work. On my first appointment he took a full history of my problem and immediately his knowledge filled me with confidence. I have seen him three times and each time my problem is getting better. I have to do some of the work with his exercises which have helped. I would certainly recommend his services. His knowledge and massages are great. He always turns up on time and often goes over the time allocated.Posted on Google Peter BorrettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. He is very reliable and I would highly recommend him.Posted on Google Kath LukerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Jack on Facebook at a time when I was really struggling to walk because of muscle cramps. He arrived on time to my home, discussed my problem and then set to work with deep tissue massage treatment. Following the treatment he devised a program of exercises and sent them to me. These exercises were adjusted to suit me around other health issues. I can honestly say I appear to be on the mend though I realise it may take some time. He has also written to my GP because we have concerns that changes in medication may be contributing to my problems. He had a friendly, chatty attitude that puts me at ease. Would strongly recommend him.Posted on Google Mark GibautTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Found Jack through Facebook and he’s been brilliant! Friendly, knowledgeable and explains the process every step of the way. Helped with my ongoing back issues and he’s now added ‘cupping’ to his ever increasing list of treatments he can use! Clearly ambitious and will be very successful in whatever direction he takes his business in. Highly recommended. Thanks Jack!
