Alongside, but not limited to the common injuries shown here, these areas often relate to issues I help treat through tailored mobile injury rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, and performance-focused recovery. If you’ve been struggling with pain, stiffness, or setbacks in these regions, I can help you move forward with confidence.
We begin by understanding what’s really going on, through detailed assessment, movement screening, and discussion of your symptoms and goals.
Hands-on treatment like massage, mobilisations, and pain-relief techniques are used to reduce symptoms and improve function.
A tailored rehab plan helps restore strength, control, and mobility, targeting the root cause of your issue, not just the symptoms.
We guide you through sport-specific or goal-based rehab to safely reintroduce the movements you need for your lifestyle or performance.
Once you're back, we focus on keeping you there. Long-term strategies and programming help reduce injury risk and build resilience.
The answer: the sooner you start injury rehab, the quicker your recovery. Realistically, no time frame fits all, recovery time depends on the type and severity of the injury
No referral is needed. You can book directly, if I feel your injury needs further investigation, I’ll let you know.
Pain might go away, but the underlying issue (like weakness or poor movement control) can still be there. Rehab helps reduce the risk of it coming back.
Recurrent injuries are common, and part of rehab will focus on identifying what’s causing the repeat and building a plan to prevent it happening again.
Before your session, it’s helpful to hydrate and wear comfortable clothing. Ensure there’s enough space for the massage bed to be set up. If you have any specific issues or injuries, let me know ahead of time so I can tailor the treatment.
