Hi, I’m Jack, the founder of Kinetix Rehab. I’m a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator with a passion for all sports and a competitive cyclist. I graduated from UWE Bristol in 2024 and have spent the past years working with top athletes at university, in a police rehabilitation care setting, and with various football and rugby teams.
My interest in sports rehabilitation was deeply influenced by my own extensive experiences with rehabilitation. These experiences gave me a profound understanding of the recovery process and inspired me to help others through their own journeys. I enjoy applying my background and insights to support clients in improving their performance and recovering from injuries.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling . Exploring new places and cultures is a big passion of mine, and I love integrating these experiences into my professional life. I’m also committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in sports rehabilitation to provide the best care possible.
Focused on delivering real, measurable outcomes through rehab.
You come first, not the protocol. Your rehab adapts to who you are and how you move.
Recovery shouldn’t be limited by walls or rigid systems, I bring a fresh, flexible approach.
You’re not alone, I stay consistent, responsive, and fully involved throughout your journey.

Sports Rehabilitation is a degree-level healthcare profession focused on the prevention, assessment, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. It combines clinical knowledge, manual therapy skills, and tailored exercise prescription to help individuals recover safely and return to full function.
Throughout my degree, I gained in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, injury mechanisms, and rehabilitation planning. I also developed hands-on proficiency in manual therapy, obtaining a Level 4+ sports massage qualification.
Prevention – You don’t need to be injured to benefit from treatment. Regular sessions can help identify issues early, reduce the risk of injury, and keep your body moving well.
Recovery – If you’re injured, targeted rehab and hands-on care can speed up recovery, ease pain, and get you back to your sport, job, or daily life safely and confidently.
Performance – Ongoing treatment supports better movement, reduced fatigue, and improved performance, whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply want to feel your best.
These techniques are often included during treatment, depending on your needs – no extra cost, just part of the personalised care.

Helps build strength, mobility, and control, making recovery faster and prepares your body for surgery.

From day one, he took the time to really listen, understand my situation, and create a plan that was tailored to me. His professionalism, knowledge, and encouragement have made a huge difference in my recovery, and I’ve seen real progress thanks to his guidance. What really stands out about Jack is how much he genuinely cares, he goes above and beyond, always checking in, explaining everything clearly, and motivating me to keep pushing forward. Each session feels focused, positive, and productive, and I leave knowing I’m in the best hands. If you’re looking for a physio who is not only highly skilled but also passionate and dedicated to his patients, I couldn’t recommend Jack more. He’s been brilliant, and I’m very grateful for everything he’s done.Posted on Ash Clark2025-08-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
